Christopher Nixon Cox

Chairman of the Board Director

Mr. Christopher Nixon Cox has served as a member of the board of directors of Alto Neuroscience, Inc. (ANRO on NYSE) since April 2022. Since December 2021, Mr. Cox has served as Chief Executive Officer of Lightswitch Capital, a private equity firm dedicated to funding breakthrough therapies for severe diseases and advancing green infrastructure in emerging markets. In addition, Mr. Cox has served as Chief Executive Officer of Argali Carbon Corporation, a carbon offset developer, since November 2022 and of BioSource Feed Corporation, a pioneer in sustainable agriculture, since October 2023. From December 2018 until March 2020, Mr. Cox served as Vice Chairman of Brightsphere, Inc, a publicly traded asset manager. Mr. Cox has also served as the Managing Partner and co-founder of OC Global Partners LLC, a financial services company, since October 2006. Previously, Mr. Cox served as a corporate associate at the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Cox received a J.D. degree from the New York University School of Law, a certificate in Finance from New York University Stern School and a B.A. degree in Politics from Princeton University. As the grandson of President Richard Nixon, Mr. Cox upholds his family’s legacy of public service and international diplomacy. He serves on the Board of the Richard Nixon Foundation and founded the Sunswyck Foundation to strengthen U.S.-China relations.

Jinyu Chang

Mr. Chang is a Co-Founder of High-Trend International, a holding company focused on the investment and development of projects involving municipal smart cities and smart street light points and project financings have exceeded $300 Million USD, with a significant portion funded by Phoenix Fund and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Chang served as the Chairman of the Board of High-Trend Technology Co., Ltd., a company focused on the investment and development of smart city projects.

Dong Zhang

Co-Founder CEO of Topsheen

Mr. Zhang brings over 30 years of experience in the operation of shipping companies to the table. He has managed a fleet of 50 vessels operating on the West African route, demonstrating a profound understanding of the complexities and requirements of this specific shipping lane. His extensive experience in managing shipping operations has likely equipped him with the skills necessary to navigate the challenges of the industry effectively.

Shixuan He

CEO

Mr. He, with his 15 years of management experience, has accumulated rich industry insights and exceptional leadership skills. His career has spanned large-scale diversified holding groups, rapidly growing intelligent and connected innovation enterprises, and the new energy and low-carbon field, demonstrating his adaptability and strategic vision in various business environments and achieving outstanding results in expanding business cooperation with multiple international well-known enterprises. In 2014, after joining High-Trend Technology Co., Ltd. as CEO, Mr. He led the development of the smart streetlight project and introduced the innovative concept of "one road, one network, one platform" for urban infrastructure IoT. In 2015, he collaborated with General Electric (GE) to build China's first large-scale smart streetlight IoT platform project, with a total investment of 200 million RMB. Building on the success of this project. In 2020, Mr. He focused on new energy and low-carbon emission reduction projects, pioneering multiple projects in the field of green biomass energy and carbon asset development.

Shahryar Oveissi

Chief Capital Markets Officer

Mr. Oveissi is a serial entrepreneur who has spent the last 25 years traveling the world, establishing new ventures, promoting U.S. companies across several continents and in the process developing global relationships. He has worked with many corporations, governments and heads of state, bringing new business opportunities to underdeveloped markets. A proven private equity investor with over 20 years of experience in the sector, Oveissi is currently focusing on investments in the healthcare and biotech sectors, the renewable energy, and the cryptocurrency/blockchain sector. Shahryar is also a Partner in Latitude Hotels Group, a leading African Boutique hotel chain. Shahryar graduated from NYU’s Stern School of Business with a B.S. in Information Systems & International Business.

Zi Xia

CFO

Ms. Xia has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer and a director of company since July 8, 2024. Ms. Xia is the Founder of Aiken International Technology Co., Ltd., an international low-carbon industry accelerator, a position she has held since 2019. Prior to that, Ms. Xia co-founded Yike Talks, a podcast platform. Ms. Xia worked at Willis Towers Watson, a global consulting and advisory company, where she served as a Partner in charge of the marketing business for the Greater China area.

Bo Cui

Chief Legal Officer

Mr. Cui joins HTCO with over two decades of experience in cross-border finance, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale infrastructure investments. During his tenure as Director of Investments at HNA Group, a global aviation, travel, and financial services conglomerate, he led a team of 10 across Hong Kong and New York to execute over $10 billion in strategic deals. A licensed attorney in New York and USPTO-registered patent practitioner, Mr. Cui holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois.

Weihua Ma

Advisor

Mr. Ma served as the president of China Merchants Bank, successfully developing it into a leading joint-stock commercial bank in China. Since stepping down in 2013, he achieved significant accomplishments in the ESG field. He serves as the chairman of the One Foundation, promoting impact investing and modern corporate management in philanthropy, while also co-founding Alliance Sustainable Digital Technology Company to create an internationally recognized ESG rating system.
